Do NOT send your family to this hospital.
The ER staff is very cold and too busy flirting with each other to attend to the patient. They have people waiting in the ER for days and when you get to the floor there are empty rooms.
Out of all the times at this hospital the only good wing is the B unit. The staff there is loving, compassionate, kind, and attentive.
I have never felt so disrespected in my life until I had to deal with one of the nurses in charge in the delivery room, TRISH GREENs conduct was so disgusting , if she doesn't like her job then she should apply for another one. She calls her self a nurse , she acts like she works at a dairy farm, She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very miserable! She had no reason to treat us unfairly! I will never recommend this hospital to anyone! She should get fired ! Apparently she treats all her employees the same! i don't understand why people have to be so rude! If you don't like your profession then maybe you should re sign and let someone else that has passion for what they do take your place. It's so unfortunate too because they do have really nice staff in this hospital!
Out of the grouping there are only 1-2 good nurses or aides.
This Hospital needs a remodel first it looks, smell and upkeep is poor. The Medical staff are insensitive to people who are at the end of life. Left my Mother sitting in urine wouldn't reposition her knowing didn't have strength. My Mother was battling Stage 4 Cancer and everyday staff remind her she was dying. Instead of cheering her on to keep battling. Hospital look like you can get disintary there and a few other diseases. I wouldn't admit my dog in that place. Just horrible place if my siblings didn't admit my Mother there I wouldn't never allow her to be there. Major attitude from most of the staff.
Took my son for ASU procedure, great staff! Though the unit was crazy, staff was organized, and attended to all visitors and patients with professionalism. Being a nurse myself, I would have to give these Medical Professionals a lot of credit for acknowledging every patient as a human being and not just another appointment. Child Life specialist, I wish I had gotten her name down, was awesome also. She gave my son toys to play with, he even got a new sippy cup! Thank you all staff, you all are wonderful despite the stress!
The labor/delivery staff and nurses are so sweet! I had my second baby in June 2017 and both birthing experiences here were amazing. Nurses are so caring and truly helped me through it all.
Some staff are committed and Dedicated and God Bless them. This place need an overhaul badly.
But all the other floors talk bad mouth the residents right outside the patient's room. Talk about a HIPAA violation. They make the patient feel like an inconvenience. If you are not a people person or have a heart to help find another line of work. If the family complains they ready the patient even worse.
